Hospital Platform Team: The Key to Achieving Our Goals

Building a Hospital Platform team with expertise in both technology and healthcare is essential to developing systems that help hospitals reduce costs efficiently.

At Mor IsHealth, our team is composed of professionals from both domains — technology (computer engineering, software development, information technology, graphic design) and healthcare (pharmacists, medical technologists, nurses, etc.). Hospital Platform Consultant

This role involves providing consultation to hospital personnel on the use of the Hospital Information System (HIS), Patient Mobile Application, and Data Science & Machine Learning for hospital operations.

It is ideal for individuals who enjoy process improvement and learning how hospitals operate. This role suits two main groups:

  1. Tech & Digital Backgrounds: People from computer or digital fields who are interested in healthcare, hospital operations, and scientific applications, and who prefer advisory roles over pure coding. For example:
    • Computer Engineering
    • Other Engineering Disciplines
    • Computer Science
    • Information Technology

 

  1. Healthcare & Science Backgrounds: People from healthcare or science fields who are interested in technology and digital systems, and who want to work in software consulting for hospital process improvement rather than in traditional clinical roles. For example:
    • Pharmacy
    • Medical Technology
    • Nursing
    • Allied Health Science
    • Rehabilitation Medicine
    • Sports Medicine
    • Biology
    • Chemistry

We welcome developers from all backgrounds — ideal for those with a computer or digital degree who are passionate about coding and/or software system design, especially those with an interest in hospital workflows.
